General Information

  • All presenters are required to attend the congress in person and deliver their presentations on-site. Virtual or online presentations will not be accepted.
  • The official language of the congress is English, and all presentations must be delivered in English.

File Format Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx)
Screen Ratio 16:9
Font Use standard fonts provided by Microsoft Office. (Other fonts may not be displayed properly.)
Media All video files must be embedded in the presentation.
External links or separate video playback are not supported.
File Submission Please submit your presentation file to the Preview Room on the day of your presentation, at least 1 hour before your scheduled presentation time.
Template Please use the official presentation template.

Notice
  • Due to system stability and technical considerations, we do not recommend using a personal laptop onsite.
  • The final presentation file must be uploaded to the Preview Room and tested before your presentation session begins.
  • If you experience compatibility issues when converting your presentation file to .ppt or .pptx format due to using a Mac OS and therefore need to use your personal laptop for your presentation, please prepare your own HDMI adapter/connector.
    In this case, a pre-connection test is mandatory. Please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours prior to your session, so that our technical staff can assist you with the connection test during a scheduled break.
Poster Design & Content
  • Posters should be legible from a distance of 1–2 meters.
  • The content should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
  • The poster title, author name(s), and affiliation(s) should be displayed at the top of the poster.
Poster Display & On-site Requirements
  • Posters must be brought to the congress venue and should not be mailed. The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
  • Presenters are responsible for putting up and removing their own posters.
  • Adhesive tape will be provided onsite.
  • Each poster must be displayed on the numbered poster board assigned to the presenter.
  • Your poster presentation time will be announced separately. Please be present at your poster during your assigned presentation time.
  • Handouts are encouraged for participants who wish to learn more about your poster and research.

Poster Size Maximum size: 90 cm (wide) x 150 cm (high)
Please ensure that your poster fits within the above size. Posters exceeding the designated dimensions may be folded or trimmed, and no objections regarding such adjustments will be accepted.
